Our core business is to conceive and manufacture health and hygiene innovative solutions improving breeding performance.
In 2004, we launched TONIFARM range, plants based physiological activators as demedication solution for breeding animals.
In 2008, with the germinated barley, we created the FLORAFARM range, made from Pre and Probiotics, as real complement to the TONIFARM range.
En 2011, HEALTHYFARM range reinforced our constant innovations research and was launched with a 100% natural solution against external parasites in poultry breeding.
20 years supporting animal health and hygiene
ALPHATECH is an independent company created in 2000. Our 20 years of zoo-technical and nutritional experience allow us to offer a right quality-price ratio and a permanent technical assistance to our customers.
All our products are manufactured in our factory without any subcontracting and we base our development on existing distributors’ channels.
A global approach
Our vocation : advising, supporting the breeders, the distributors and more generally, all the distribution channels related to breeding field, with complete and simple solutions responding to modern breeding issues.
We make it possible through five specific ranges of products.
Our products cover up each physiologic stage : from natural defences support to reproduction including hygiene with our CLEANFARM range of litter conditioners and liquid manures management products.
A reputed know-how in France and abroad
Each year we receive about 800 formulas requests, mainly from our FLEXIFARM range, which have to answer the various and specific constraints of each concerned country. Our company entire architecture is customer oriented.
We are able to tailor upon specifications details and also to manufacture under private brand. Our reactivity and our capacity to adapt our industrial tool to each request allow us today to be present in more than 60 countries.
An industrial asset serving our customers
In 2014, ALPHATECH grew and built a second industrial site, modern and effective, able to face growing customers’ requests.
The more than 4500 sqm plant settled in Plaintel city, in Brittany (North West of France), thereby completing Lanrodec site, now dedicated to litter conditioners manufacturing.
These competitive industrial facilities, strengthened by involved teams, allow us to be able to adapt to each customer’s requests while respecting regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices.
R&D at the heart of our activity
Thanks to its expertise in complex liquid forms and its mastery of other presentation forms (gel, powder, low temperature pellets, oral paste), ALPHATECH is evolving continuously and is one of the main economic actors of complementary feed sector.
Made from 3 people, and in addition to its innovation role, our R&D department is able to manage any new formulation request (price offer, feasibility study, manufacturing trials) in less than 3 weeks.
Our quality commitment
FCA certification
Since 2007, we are FCA (Feed Chain Alliance) certified, an international certification dedicated to the quality and safety of animal feed.. Consequences on our activity : several audits per year, and a strict suppliers selection policy.
AEO certification
As for the FCA certification, ALPHATECH was one of the first Breton companies to get AEO certification (Authorised Economic Operator). This certification simplifies and secures our international flows with Customs Authorities.
It enables ALPHATECH to establish a trustful relationship with customs administration, becoming our partner, as well as with all countries signatory of international agreements recognising AEO statement.
ECOCERT certification
With Ecocert, ALPHATECH commits into adopting responsible practices. All our Ecocert marked products are allowed to be used in organic farming. A very rigorous process is established : audit on production practices and inputs, full administrative and financial control, inspection of sites, analysis of risks, sampling and annual surveillance audits.
